Your Responsibilities

As a System Architect for cellular dataplane you will:

Analyse external specifications and derive modem dataplane requirements
Define cellular modem hardware and software architecture for dataplane
Deliver documentation for hardware and software design and verification
Model packet processing chain and estimate performance
Collaborate closely with algorithm, firmware, hardware and software teams
Provide technical guidance to development teams
Agree on requirements with customers and external stakeholders
Support verification and certification activities

Education and Experience

Master’s degree in Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer science or related engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in cellular modem development or system engineering
Profound understanding of 5G and 4G standardization in 3GPP with focus on layer 2 standards
Background on cellular modem architecture from end-to-end
Understanding of datapath realization and packet processing in hardware and software
Familiar with simulation environments
Experienced team player with good communication and leadership skills
Excellent English skills
